• Supervises and coordinates daily operation of the production with responsibility for achieving maximum quality and cost effectiveness in an on-time, accurate and efficient manner.

• Provides leadership and direction to production team members in support of team safety, quality, production and problem-solving issues while insuring that customer expectations are met. Liaise with Technical Sales Manager as well as with the suppliers relating the repair plans, schedule and clients requirements.

• Manages team in a manner that supports a positive work environment for all team members. Supervises the usage of materials to assure an appropriate amount of parts are available to maintain smooth production flow.

• Ability to record the inspection results in a pre- and final report.
